Top 5 ‘Lying Game’ Predictions After ‘No Country For Young Love’
I suppose it’s a little childish of me, but I have to mention the fact that I was RIGHT about Ethan and Sutton hooking up! But then again, c’mon, the two have zinging chemistry and you don’t slip out of a girl like Sutton’s clutches that easily. Ethan was a fool for not realising this. Anyway, that being said, these are my predictions for the next episode of The Lying Game, 1.18 ‘Not Guilty As Charged’.
Mads is going to confront the real Sutton.
And it’s not going to go down well. It might be this photo of the two, or it might be that I know I would have a hell of a lot to say to my friend if she bailed on me, kissed my boyfriend and lied to me. Yep, those two will have a chat and there will be some nasty words spoken.
Alec will come and visit Ethan in his cell.
I just get this feeling that Alec will come to rub salt in Ethan’s wounds after he’s been thrown in prison. I know that Ethan is only having charges pressed against him, but they ARE murder charges, and if Alec IS the actual killer then he most certainly will stick his nose out and make Ethan suffer.
Ben gave Alec the tip on where Ethan was.
I agree, it’s awful – the idea that Ben gave up his own son. But there’s so much we don’t know about him, and could he really forgive and forget so fast? I’m not entirely sure on this prediction, but I get the feeling that Alec is working in cahoots with somebody. Who that might be, we are yet to find out.
Laurel and Baz are going to kiss.
It might be slightly wishful thinking on my part, but I like these two together. Their musical drive towards each other is undeniable, and they’re seriously cute. But I don’t think it’s going to last, as I think Laurel is still in love with Justin, and deep down she still wants it to work.
Ethan and Emma are going to break up.
This is the most devastating of predictions, I know. But could Emma truly forgive Ethan after he kissed Sutton? I know Sutton’s got moves we ain’t never seen before, but Emma has had a lot of let-downs and betrayal in her life. I doubt she’d be able to let this one go. Ergo, I think she will keep searching for Derek’s true killer, but she will do it single (maybe open the way for her and Thayer? We shall see).
What do we think Lying Game lovers? Got any other predictions up your sleeves you want to share?
Tune in Monday, 9/8c on ABC Family for an all-new episode of The Lying Game!
