HANNIBAL Heads To COMIC-CON International 2013

Hannibal fans can rejoice, because as well as their second season pick-up the company will be attending San Diego Comic-Con – with a panel titled “Hannibal: Feed Your Fear.” CEO of Gaumont International Television Katie O’Connell announced today that the team would be headed to San Diego on Thursday July 18th from 6.45pm – 7.45pm, with the panel held in Room 6A.

As well as featuring Emmy-Award-winning executive producer Bryan Fuller, director David Slade, Martha De Laurentiis and Hannibal’s star Hugh Dancy (who plays Agent Will Graham) all join the panel to discuss behind the scenes moments, the future of the series – AND give fans a few spoilery goodies to take away with them.

Fuller commented on the Gaumont’s decision to send Hannibal to Comic-Con, saying, “The core audience of Hannibal, some of whom call themselves Fannibals, have been incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about the show and we are honoured to join those Fannibals attending San Diego Comic Con, where passion and enthusiasm are always on the menu.”

Hannibalis a one-hour drama series for NBC exploring the unique and riveting early relationship of Thomas Harris’s classic character renowned psychiatrist Dr. Hannibal Lecter and his patient, a young FBI criminal profiler named Will Graham who is haunted by his ability to empathize with serial killers.
