EMMYS 2014: Two CW Shows Gain Nominations
Congratulations to The Originals and The 100!!
The Emmys announced it’s nominations for 2014 on Thursday, in Hollywood with shows like Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, House of Cards and more gaining nominations. However, unaccepted and welcome nominations for the coveted award to two of the CW Network’s hit shows, The Originals and The 100. Nominated for ‘Outstanding Hairstyling For A Single-Camera Series,’ is The Originals. The hit supernatural drama’s hair department is being selected for their work on episode 1×12 “”Dance Back from the Grave.” Other nominations in this category include, Boardwalk Empire, Downton Abbey, and Game of Thrones.

Meanwhile, survival, action drama, The 100, gained an Emmy nomination in it’s debut season. For the episode 1×13 “We Are Grounders, Part 2,” The 100 was nominated in the ‘Outstanding Special And Visual Effects’ category.
